These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AnytimeRoom (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or joining rooms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

AnytimeRoom is operated by Nathan Software Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). References to “AnytimeRoom” include our website, applications, and related services.

2. Eligibility (adults only)

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account and access live rooms.

  • We may require age assurance/verification before granting access to live features.
  • If we suspect you are underage, we may suspend or terminate your account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use the Service where you live.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share accounts or allow others to access your account.

4. Community standards

AnytimeRoom exists to support respectful conversation. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others.
  • Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
  • Share sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance).
  • Share illegal content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Spam rooms, disrupt conversations, or attempt to evade moderation actions.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our guidelines.

5. Voice, video, and screen sharing

The Service may include live voice, video, and screen sharing. You are responsible for:

  • Only sharing content you have rights to share.
  • Not streaming private/confidential information you do not own or have permission to disclose.
  • Obtaining any permissions required by law (including where recording consent is required).

Rooms may be moderated. Certain rooms may be subject to additional rules or host controls.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate reports and enforce rules at our discretion to keep the community safe. Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination.

  • We may use automated tools and human review to detect abuse and enforce rules.
  • We may limit access to rooms or features based on safety signals (including age assurance status).

7. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

If the Service includes paid plans, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Subscription terms may be displayed at checkout and can vary by region.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Refunds (if any) are handled according to the policy shown at purchase and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, designs, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Your content

You are responsible for content you share (including voice/video/screen sharing). You grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your personal content. We only need rights required to provide the Service.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the community.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (without regard to conflict of law principles), unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
